About Our Client
An exciting opportunity to join an international law firm with an established successful track record across the globe. With an excellent team of senior management and a forward-thinking culture, they are looking to bring onboard a HR Manager to provide strategic HR leadership and advice to align the people strategy with the business. You will be driving the implementation of people processes to enable business performance in the region.
Reporting through to the Regional Head of HR, you will be managing a team of 3 to support the Asia Region offices. You will be working with the management team in driving and spearheading changes to the organisation. Act as a strategic business partner within client groups and provide effective advices on talent planning and strategic discussion. Your team will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function including talent management, talent acquisition, rewards and benefits, and employee relations. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven leader with strong stakeholder relationship management skills. Legal Services/ Consultancy/ Financial Services experience are compulsory. You will possess managerial experience and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. You must be highly proficient in English; oversea working experience would also be considered. This role would suit a Manager who thrives in a fast paced and results driven environment and is looking for a good platform to further develop on a strategic level.
