About Our Client
A leading corporate bank is about to embark on a HRIS upgrade and is looking to recruit a System Manager to support the team into and beyond this implementation. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established Shared Service team, to lead IS projects and to maintain the system on daily basis.
Reporting through to the Head of Shared Services, you will be enhancing and maintaining the HR system for the business. You will oversee and manage the integrated HRIS to make sure it enables efficiencies and allows innovative self-service solutions. Working alongside the HR Data & Analytic team, you will be analysing and managing system and modules implementation, and enhancement projects. Acting as the point of contact for any HRIS enquiries, while you will be working closely with the IT department and external vendors to ensure processes are efficient, and HR technology is competitive within the market.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven calibre with minimum 8 years of relevant experience and solid knowledge on management of HR related system. Proficiency in accessing data in HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors/ PeopleSoft is a plus. You should be fluent in both English and Cantonese. You must have strong computer skills with strong numeric sense and the ability to manage competing priorities.
