Headquartered in the UK, our client is a leading global consultancy firm focused on the asset management, wealth management, and insurance industries. Having experienced substantial growth, they are in search of an HR Manager to support their global business operations.
The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of generalist experience and is ready to progress their career and take on added responsibility. A high level of experience in employee relations best practices, knowledge in US labor laws and benefits systems, and involvement in delivering annual HR processes is essential for success in this role. In addition, comfortability around establishing and owning various HR processes, training and coaching, and maintaining an accurate database is crucial.
Being extremely motivated and detail oriented are valued attributes in this high-caliber, focused team. A team mentality is necessary, as is the need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to have a good understanding of research methods and data analysis.
