About the client
Our client is a prestigious and renowned global leader in the Manufacturing sector. They are currently looking to recruit an outstanding and dynamic HR Manager to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Vice President Human Resources, you will be required to provide full spectrum of HR services including payroll for sales offices and warehouse in South Asia countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and India. You will also need to lead and manage various HR initiatives for employee engagement activities and programs.
The Successful Applicant
To be succeed in this role, ideally you will need to possess a minimum of 5 years HR experience. The ideal candidate should also be meticulous, analytical, organizational, problem-solving individual. It would be preferred if the successful candidate has knowledge of HR legal practices of Southeast Asia countries.
