I am excited to be working with an innovative, high growth technology business to hire an HR Manager to help drive their European expansion.
The business is a global EdTech organisation on the journey to being the next Tech Unicorn and a $1B valuation! They are currently approximately 350 headcount globally with 45 in London and a view to increase this by 100 in the next 6 months whilst they drive London as a key tech hub.
This will be a full generalist role reporting into the Head of HR and partnering with the CTO and additional VPs. They are looking for someone who can lead on all operational HR activities whilst also support the Head of HR and wider leadership on key strategic HR projects and process improvements in areas such a performance management, compensation strategy, developing talent acquisition infrastructure, wellbeing and culture initiatives.
The role is based in the Liverpool Street area with 2 days a week hybrid working model and they are looking to pay a competitive package of £60-70k base (depending on experience) plus bonus and LTI!
