This leading international law firm based in the City of London is looking for a HR Manager to join its wider HR team. As a leading firm with numerous locations globally the London based HR team form the central hub for the function, supporting its various locations and populations.
With both a generalist function and specialist teams, this team support the firm seamlessly as they deliver a commercial people agenda throughout the firm.
The business is now looking for a solid HR generalist to join its team purely to support the Partner population. Working across the employee life cycle, you will support on both project activity as well as cyclical, consistently partnering with other HR Managers within the group.
Being involved in a number of key projects across the year you will report into the HR Director in what is a pivotal role for the business.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates who have indeed supported and guided Partner populations and are able to evidence this experience. You will have experience of working within a partnership environment and have solid experience of supporting a Partner population across key areas such as compensation and benefits, ER, and wider generalist aspects.
