An exciting opportunity has arisen with a fast-growing technology company for an HR Manager to join the London based team and support the business through the next phase of their journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with engaged leadership and support them through their continued success.
The HR Manager will work alongside the executive team to build a high performing, engaged and inclusive organisation. They will initially be responsible for developing the recruitment infrastructure and setting the business up for successful headcount growth. This will include the operational end to end management of the hiring process. They will also implement and develop all HR processes and procedures, work closely with leadership to identify and develop talent, be the go-to person for any employee relations issues, develop an attractive reward programme and build the business culture through a range of D&I, engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
The successful candidate will have previous HR Management experience within a start-up/growth environment and be comfortable managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Ability to be both strategic and operationally minded and communicated effectively at all levels is key.
