This leading professional services firm is looking for a HR Manager to join its team.
Supporting the Senior HR Manager, this role is responsible for delivering end to end HR activity and implementing HR projects and change initiatives aligned to the HR strategy for a large employee population. Delivering exceptional client service, this role will act as a business partner to managers and partners providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee life-cycle and proactively exploring opportunities and implementing projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Working directly with fee-earning and business function client groups, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and being a trusted advisor. As a business partner you will guide and coach managers and partners in the management of under performers, absence and disciplinary matters. You will also be involved in cyclical activity around annual HR processes; salary & bonus review, performance appraisals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality day to day operational service.
You will also maintain visibility and impact across the business to drive the HR Advisory key priorities and challenge existing HR processes and ways of working to drive up value and ensure maximum efficiency across all day to day activities. Support and influence the HR strategy and HR initiatives across your client groups monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR activity and issues drawing on relevant supporting HR data and analytics.
The successful candidate will be a pro-active and commercial HR generalist ideally with experience gained in a large global professional services environment. You come from a solid HR generalist background with employee relations experience and be comfortable partnering with the business and implementing projects and processes independently.
