Our client, a public relations firm, located in Union Square is looking for an HR Manager to partner with senior management, other HR counterparts and Operations. Candidates must be well-versed in each of the HR disciplines; compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, talent acquisition and state and federal labor laws. Candidates should be able to take a personalized approach to suit the needs of their employees and provide support to engage and retain talent and achieve business objectives. Candidates must be bright, creative, fast paced, can take direction, pick up on cues quickly and have a team oriented spirit. This is a great opportunity to work on a small HR team and get involved in every aspect of HR. A "roll up your sleeves and get it done" mentality is a must. Industry experience is a plus.
