From a global platform spanning multiple cities across the world, this is an ideal place for an ambitious Generalist with a desire and ability to think 'outside of the box'. The firm's ideal hire will have a comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits administration along with well-developed professional interpersonal, client service and communication skills (written and verbal). Suited candidates will have 5+ years of experience recruiting in financial, legal management consulting firms. The environment is one in which the ideal candidate will be able to move into a Generalist role and act as a partner to the firm's employees to resolve day to day PEO, benefits and vendor related issues. Superior time management and organizational skills and the ability to partner and influence across Human Resources staff to senior-level personnel are essential.
Note that employees are fully remote at this time due to covid safety measures, but once those measures are lifted this role will need to be in the office on a hybrid basis for 2 days per week.
