I am working with a highly reputable performing arts organisation, in their search for an HR Generalist. This is a permanent position, paying up to £40,000.
Working alongside the senior leadership team, you will be the main point of contact for all things HR. This will allow you to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be at the frontline of the organisation.
You will also be managing recruitment, ER, training and development, and implementing new policies. This will be a fantastic opportunity for you to build upon your experience in these key areas and really understand the organisation's needs.
This role will really suit someone who enjoys using their own initiative and takes on a proactive approach to their work.
I am looking to speak with experienced HR professionals who are comfortable being in a stand-alone role.
