I am working with a Bristol based client that is implementing a new HR System on a Global basis. This position sits within an HR/People Systems and Data team as part of this HR Transformation and is responsible for enabling the definition of organisational structures and roles and the allocation of resource to specific positions.
To break this down further, this role is responsible for working closely with senior leaders to help define the strategy and vision that will allow the business to define organisational structures and roles on a Global basis in addition to defining all processes and governance. Managing a team of four, this is very much a data led role to build a visual organisation architecture and the mapping of all positions across the business, and in turn enabling greater control over workforce management and planning.
You will ideally possess experience gained within a large and complex corporate, working with large volumes of HR Data and with accountability for implementing and maintaining robust governance relating to global processes, structures and data. Data and Governance and the importance of data and data accuracy is absolutely the key focus here. The company operates a fully flexible working policy so you will only need to spend 1-2 days in the office which is based in close walking distance to Bristol Temple Meads train station.
