We're working with a small, but growing out-of-home media client in Midtown in their efforts to hire an HR Coordinator & Office Manager. The company is headquartered out of Europe. They launched in the US a little over a year ago with the business growing through acquisition. This role will support 30 employees scattered nationally across 4 offices, including a handful of remote employees. Given the size of the population, this will be a hybrid HR and office management role to start, but as the business grows, there will likely be an opportunity to grow into a dedicated HR role .
Responsibilities for this position will entail working under the direction of the HR leader in Europe to onboard new employees, conducting exit interviews, sourcing vendors for training needs, managing the employee appraisal process, HRIS data management, payroll data entry, as well as filing and other HR administration. Under the direction of the NYC based Managing Director, you will handle all aspects of managing the office, from supplies to technology, events, and facilities. Our client is paying a competitive salary for this role and the office, although small, has a vibrant, fast-paced, and fun culture. Our client is seeking candidates with 2+ years of HR and office management experience.
