An innovative international law firm is hiring a HR Coordinator to sit within their London-based team. In this role, you will work very closely with the HR Manager to provide administration support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a fully generalist role with the scope to get involved in the firm's recruitment through assisting the Recruitment Manager on a when needed basis. This is a really great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant/Coordinator to take the next step up and truly develop their HR skills.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to the HR function. You will work on tasks across the full employee lifecycle, from the initial onboarding of new starters all the way to the final exiting of the employee. You will also have the opportunity to support the recruitment team with the firm's associate, partner and graduate recruitment.
As the ideal candidate, you will currently be operating in an HR Administrator/Assistant/Coordinator capacity within a professional services firm. Having high attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills are critical for success in this role. Ideally, you will be a self-motived individual who flourishes within a team environment and is excited about progressing their career within the legal sector.
The firm has multiple offices across the world, with their London office being based in Central London. They are offering up to £35,000 for the right candidate.
