We are currently sourcing for an HR Coordinator to join the team at one of the leading global law firms. Reporting into the HR Manager, this is an incredible role for someone currently working in an HR administrative role, looking for a new challenge.
More specifically, as an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for;
- Onboarding - references, contracts, induction
- Sickness / absence management
- Maternity and paternity management
- Leavers - lead exit interviews, prepare documentation
- Manage HR systems
- Support with administering the firm benefits
- Ad hoc project work
This role requires extremely strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You must have a 'can do' attitude and the ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times.
