I am currently partnering with a luxury commercial property development business who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team. Working closely with both the UK HR Operations Manager and an internationally based HR Business Partner, you will have a range of HR responsibilities.
As HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
- Management of the full employee life-cycle, including onboarding, contract production
- Assisting with payroll
- Maintenance of the HR system
- Performance management/review
- Ad hoc HR projects
- Other HR Administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail. They should also have had experience within a HR Administration capacity. Lastly, candidates MUST be fluent in both English and Italian. Knowledge of workday would be an added benefit.
This is a permanent role based in Central London and is paying between £30,000 and £35,000.
