HR Coordinator

I am partnering with a leading national professional services organisation who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their close-knit and collaborative team.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the onboarding process
  • First point of contact for all HR queries
  • Management of the HRIS & employee files
  • Monitoring the HR inbox and actioning as appropriate
  • Reporting
  • Ad hoc administration as required
  • Working on the recruitment & talent programme alongside the wider HR team

Skills required

  • Build & develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent time management & attention to detail
  • Providing HR advice where applicable
  • Supporting the HR team across all activities & projects

Who we are looking for

  • Degree qualified in HR/Business
  • Circa 1-3 years' experience in an HR Generalist position
  • Impeccable presentation & attention to detail
  • Driven and ambitious
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally & externally
