Our client, a highly regarded global management consulting organization is looking for smart, high performing and passionate HR Consulting professionals to join their market leading HR Transformation Practice. These team of high performing consultants, partner directly with leading global MNC's to support HR Change Projects such as; HR Organisation Design, Process Improvement, Change Management, Communications, Training, HR Operating Model, HRIS Technology roll outs, Talent Management, Agile, Design Thinking etc.
You will be a HR Management Consultant with circa 4 - 6 years of HR Change & Transformation consulting experience at Consultant level or 8 - 12 yrs at Manager level, currently operating in Singapore. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and enjoy a fast paced and complex role, largely operating on client site. You will be naturally numerate and analytical, able to work collaboratively with your clients and team as well as manage / support projects independently. Some travel may be required at times.
