A very exciting opportunity to join an innovative, progressive and fast paced Technology/Engineering business based in Bristol. This is a newly created HR Business Partner position aligned to a senior leadership team.
Reporting to the HR Director, the position aligns strategically to the senior leadership team with hands-on operational responsibility within a business that is growing rapidly. While supporting with shaping the People Agenda and its delivery you will be involved across a broad range of projects and programmes including: talent management & development, succession planning & performance, policy and process improvements, leadership development and coaching.
This will suit someone with existing HR Business Partnering experience and gained within technology, engineering, aerospace or a similar industry sector. This might be a high performing SME or a larger corporate and are you looking to have more impact and visibility across an entire business. This is a hi-tech organisation that is seeing significant investment and growth, you will need to have proven ability of thriving in a fast paced environment and understanding of drivers surrounding people decisions.
You will need to be able to access central Bristol but the company does have a flexible working policy and you will only be required to be in the office 1-2 days/week.
