Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be a key member of the team and play an advisory role on all human capital matters - sharing the best practices and providing advice/guidance to respective stakeholders. This is both a strategic and operational role. You will also support day to day operations and design HR strategies to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude and drive.
The Successful Applicant
An all-rounder with at least 3 years of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR (with a focus on Learning & Development) - taking charge of a full spectrum of human resource functions including directing and coordinating HR activities such as recruitment, performance review, talent review, employee engagement and relations, and any HR-related matters.
You will be a true Generalist and someone who takes pride in working in a sole contributor role where relationships are key.
