- Act as a business partner for line management and consult and support management in all HR related matters, e.g. learning & development, compensation & benefits, performance & talent management and employee engagement
- Advise business leads during change management processes such as restructurings
- Support the implementation and integration of HR systems
- Responsible for the recruiting process in close cooperation with a HR Assistant
- Working closely with the labour counsel
- Build up good relation with workers council
- Leading a HR Assistant
