HR Business Partner - Japanese & Chinese Speaking

We are extremely excited to be partnering with a global European professional services firm on a HR Business Partner position. Currently employing circa 20,000 employees worldwide, our client is a leader within the payments and services industry and is now looking to employ a HR Business Partner to join their Singapore office.

This is a unique role where you will act as the HR Business Partner responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations, employee engagement and C&B review whilst also participating in end-to-end operational strategy and advisory for the regional offices. You will work with a particular focus on the Japan and Taiwan office whilst providing advisory and strategic support on a regional scale as the firm continues to expand.

Essential: The suitable candidate should be able to converse in Japanese and Chinese due to the daily interaction with the regional offices. You should be extremely well-versed within HR operations whilst also demonstrating strategic HR and advisory experience through liaising with stakeholders and maintaining key relationships within the business.
