The organisation is a very large international corporate but this is working for the UK division which is a medium sized business based in London.
Sitting in the corporate functions you would truly business partner your client group as well as work with other HR Business Partners in business operations so support them where they are driving any or the HR strategy they need specialist help with.
Day to day would be generalist and managing cyclical HR issues but the focus areas for this organisation are mainly around talent management as the wider business operations is very niche and hard to recruit, develop and mobilise but is absolutely key to business growth.
The organisation is growing so although this role is a fixed term contract to offer more support, it could be made permanent.
