About Our Client
A highly regarded global financial services firm consisting of circa 270 employees across Asia are seeking a high performing and passionate HR Business Partner to join their small and collaborative HR team based in the Singapore office. You will act as deputy to the Regional Head of HR from a BP perspective and partner very closely with the business (primarily front-office stakeholders), supporting a handful of offices spread across the region (namely Singapore, China & HK), to provide a high touch and pro-active HR Advisory service operating in a broad HR Business Partner role.
Reporting directly in to the Regional Head of HR based in Singapore, you will work very closely with the lean and high performing HR team in a broad HR Business Partner / HR Generalist role in a fast paced and diverse environment.
This role is an individual contributor position and you will partner very closely with the Leadership team across the business to provide HR Advisory, Employee Relations and Policy, Talent & Learning, Reward, HR Projects support in a busy and varied position. You will be supported by a small team of HR Operations and Payroll specialists and will work collaboratively to provide an efficient and top-tier HR service to the business end-to-end. You will be strategic and operationally strong and able to consult and advise the business, building strong relationships with senior management. You will also be able to support projects such as re-structuring.
The ideal candidate will be operating in a HR Business Partner role within another global financial services organisation based in Singapore. You will have ideally worked closely with Front Office stakeholders. Ideally you will have a combination of large and smaller global organisations with the benefit of being operationally strong due to the small size of the team with a track record working directly with the leadership team in a broad HR Generalist position. You will be a team player who will be able to cope with last-minute changes in a fast-paced international environment. You must be hands on with a focus on quality deliverables.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a HR Business Partner currently operating in another global matrix financial services organisation ideally in a regional or global capacity. You must be willing to roll your sleeves up and deliver HR strategy, projects, advisory and generalist tasks end-to-end due to the small team. Coverage of Hong Kong and China would be desirable. Mandarin / Cantonese speaking preferred due to extensive coverage of China & HK.
