HR Business Partner

This global manufacturing business is looking for an HR Business Partner in their Gloucestershire office to support four sites in the UK&I.

Reporting into the VP of HR who is based abroad, this position sits on the SLT, manages an HR Assistant and is responsible for all HR support across these locations in the UK and Ireland. The role combines both strategic and operational responsibility and supported by a COE. As such you will drive change related projects and be involved in ensuring that all processes, policies and procedures are fit for purpose and efficient across areas including: performance management, leadership development and learning, employee relations, talent acquisition and management. The headcount across these sites is c.150 and also includes head office functions. Globally the business employs over 5,000.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys ownership and is results driven. Ideally your experience will have been gained within a similar manufacturing and engineering led business and supporting multiple sites. You will have a strong generalist HR background and able to work in both a strategic and operational capacity, managing relationships and stakeholders at senior levels.

Based in Stroud, you are likely to be in the office 3 days/week and there will be some travel involved from time to time. The role comes with a good £basic salary, car allowance + bonus + benefits.
