My Birmingham based client is looking for an HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC to cover a period of maternity. This is a great opportunity to support Business Services and Front office teams for a leading professional services firm.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage a team of two and be responsible for supporting a headcount of c.280 across Business Services and Client facing teams who are based out of five offices in the UK. The role is responsible for all generalist HR matters and leading on delivering key strategic HR projects. As such you will drive initiatives across C&B's, ER, talent development, performance management, diversity alongside all generalist HR responsibilities.
Ideally you will have worked within a Partnership led environment with experience of working within Professional Services. An experienced HR Business Partner, you will have a track record of operating in both an operational and strategic capacity, able to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders, and with strong experience of leading on change related projects.
The company operates a hybrid working model with 1-2 days per week spent in their central Birmingham offices. This an FTC and they are looking at a start date in May 2022.
