I have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team, based in Dubai.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for leading and managing operational HR as well as providing professional strategic and tactical services that are aligned with the companies HR strategy.
- To partner with HR colleagues and key stakeholders and leaders to deliver an HR service.
- Monitor key HR indicators, identify areas of opportunity, and facilitate the development of related action plans.
- Establish change management plans for organisational changes.
- Develop and drive the communication process
- Coach employees and managers on organisational practices, processes, policies, procedures, competencies and values.
- Manage employee relations issues
- Manage and develop performance management processes
- Support in employee engagement projects such as annual surveys
You must have a HR qualification with regional experience and a proven background in the design and the execution of a HR strategy.
