Our client, an apparel and licensing company located in midtown NYC, is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team. This person will be tasked with performance management, employee relations, talent assessments, onboarding, new hire orientation, DEI initiatives, etc. and will support a client group of about 600+ employees while reporting into an amazing Senior Director of HR. A successful candidate for this role will have 5+ years of HRBP experience in an apparel, retail, luxury and/or licensing brands experience. Our client is operating in a hybrid model and is in the office on Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays so candidates must be comfortable working under this schedule.
