Reporting into the Senior People Partner, this role will support various business functions and work closely with the Senior Leadership team and champion the People agenda through the delivery of key programmes including performance, pay & reward, ER, learning and development, talent management, capability, succession planning and D&I/well-being.
Ideally you will have HR Business Partnering experience gained within a similar environment such as manufacturing, engineering, supply chain/logistics, utilities, food production, and have worked with a diverse workforce. You may also be an HR Manager looking to step into a Business Partnering position. You will have broad generalist HR experience and be equally comfortable partnering strategically with senior leadership teams as you are being involved operationally. This is a dynamic and fast paced environment and you will need to navigate and work with ambiguity and be able to prioritise your workload.
The company is returning to a hybrid working model and they will also look at someone on a 4 day/week PT basis. You would need to be located within commuting distance of Crawley.
