HR Business Partner

I am working with a very successful and fast paced Software and Technology business that is looking to hire an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis and based out of their offices in Manchester.

The company has grown rapidly in recent years due to a number of acquisitions. These acquisitions will continue over the next couple of years and as the HR Business Partner you will play a key role in the integration programmes as the business's align from a people, process and cultural perspective. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support a specific Business Unit with a headcount that is currently 100 but growing, working closely with the Division Directors and their senior leadership team. The role will combine strategic and operational responsibility across all generalist HR areas and the entire employee lifecycle, and supported by HR Operations, including: performance, ER, acquisition and onboarding, TUPE transfers, pay & reward, succession planning, L&D etc. You will also be involved in a number of projects and programmes at both a Group and Local level.

You will be an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner with broad and in-depth experience across all areas of HR and comfortable working in both a strategic and operational capacity. Able to work with a degree of ambiguity in a fast paced and evolving environment, you must be able to build relationships with key stakeholders at senior levels. While experience gained within a Tech led environment would be an advantage, they are happy to consider applications from similar corporate settings.

The company operates a good flexible working policy and you will be expected to be in the office a couple of days per week.
