Reporting into the Head of HR you will work closely with several HRBP's who support a client group of c.750 based in the UK&I and India. You will Business Partner the COO and Senior Leadership team and be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the people strategy, change and operations agenda, while working closely with the COE and HR Administration. You will be responsible for managing and delivering a number of key programmes including: continuous improvement, organisational design, performance, L&D and reward.
You will have existing HR Business Partnering experience, driving the People Agenda and partnering strategically with a senior leadership team while also happy to be involved operationally from time to time. You will be able to evidence having led and delivered on change and transformation programmes within a large, complex and matrixed organisation. A highly effective communicator and able to challenge, negotiate and influence at senior levels, you will be a collaborative partner to the business. Experience gained within IT/technology, Telecommunications, Financial Services or Outsourcing/Offshoring is preferred.
