We are delighted to be working exclusively with an exciting global financial services organization who are looking for an ambitious HR Business Partner to join their thriving Kansas City hub. This large international company continues to go from strength to strength and with huge investment across its HR department, now is an ideal time to join their ongoing success story.

Reporting to the Global Senior Business Partner, you will independently manage all people offerings by partnering with the business on everything from people strategy to employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, rewards, learning, engagement, policy, process and projects, etc. The ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, commercially minded and have experience in a large, fast paced company where there was a strong sense of urgency.

This is a brand new role so there is a lot of opportunity to help shape HR practices and make an immediate impact. The position will be office based in Kansas City, where a number of the key stakeholders in the organization sit but you will also be expected to communicate and support departments across North America as well as internationally.
