I am working on an exclusive role with a market leading organisation in Bath to help them recruit an HR Business Partner. The role of the HR Business Partner is a mixed role providing both operational and strategic HR to central functions. These include, Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, IT and HR. You will deal with all day-to-day operational HR providing advice to line managers on HR policy and process and in accordance with current employment law. You will manage employee relations matters, involving many complex cases as well as operate at a strategic level taking ownership for any complex employee relations case work, organisational design, re-structures and employee engagement and initiatives. You will work closely with your senior stakeholders on the organisation design of their teams, succession plans recognising and planning for any future people issues. You will be responsible for effecting behavioural change in support of agreed HR initiatives and actions. You will work closely with the business leaders and directors to embed leadership development and succession planning, identifying, and developing high potential employees. As the HR Business Partner, you will keep the senior stakeholders appraised of relevant people developments, internally and externally, providing an understanding of their implications for delivery of business plans and any associated remedial actions. You will also work with the HR Operations team to ensure changes in personnel data are appropriately recorded, conducting regular audits of data, and delivering reports to internal leadership teams.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Practical UK Employment Law knowledge
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Confident, personable, and diplomatic individual who connects easily with a variety of people, able to quickly build trust
* Confident in utilising HR data to enhance management understanding and decision making
* Experience of providing HR Business Partnering advisory, transactional and administrative services to a senior leadership team
* CIPD Qualified
Salary for this role is up to £50K with an excellent benefits package to include a 10% car allowance.
