I am excited to be partnering with a global commodities and natural resources firm to find an experienced HR Generalist to join their high performing HR team.
Based in London and reporting into the Head of HR you will support the global business on the full employee life cycle, ensuring the business has access to a capable and responsive HR resource to support of day to day operational HR needs.
You will take ownership of recruitment initiatives, ongoing record keeping, systems data and HR analytics. You will also collaborate on key projects including workforce planning, external benchmarking, the implementation of HR policies and projects and assists in delivering change management activities within the initiatives. From a group level you will work closely with the local HR team to ensure processes are streamlined.
To be successful in the role you will be able to show that you have previously supported a business in a similar capacity and have worked with another international client group. You will be proficient in using excel and can pull, prepare and manipulate data from the HRIS system and other sources for recurring reporting requirements and in response to ad hoc reporting and data requests.
