I am delighted to be supporting a Fortune 100 company that provides energy services, logistics and technology solutions worldwide. They are looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to join their high-performing HR team!
As a true HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for a global remit with stakeholders across 18 jurisdictions. You will have responsibilities for all HR activities, ensuring you support your internal customers, a client group of c.550. With a diverse workforce from operations to sales, you will support stakeholders at all levels including the leadership team. You will partner with your client group to work on key HR activities including TUPE, talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation and ensuring that HR priorities are aligned to the business's short and long-term strategy.
Playing a key role in the HR strategy you be committed to the employee experience. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and onsite managers to ensure they have the skills to best retain and develop their teams. You will implement a talent retention and development strategy in order to maintain the successful levels of work and you will upskill site managers across multi-location environments to deal with employee relation matters. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient, seamless and value-add HR processes and procedures at all times, adapting to each region accordingly.
You will have gained HR business partnering experience supporting a fast-paced multi-site global business with a diverse population. You will be highly customer-focused and have strong stakeholder management skills gained at all levels of the organisation. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work with a diverse workforce up to senior level in a true business partnering role.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
