Are you an established HR Business Partner or HR Manager with a background in smaller environments? If so then my client's position could be right, as they are on the market for an HR Business Partner on a part-time basis, supporting the UK client group of circa 100 employees. Working alongside a Payroll Manager and reporting into an HR Director you will have autonomy for the implementation of the HR lifecycle for your client group.
There will be project work on the SMCR and GDPR workstreams, which you will lead, as well as complex ER advisory work including disciplinaries, grievances, casework and more. You will be needed to advise and coach management teams on this element, handle the operational day to day HR work as well as lead on the complex ER, TUPE, redundancy and restructuring programs.
Furthermore there will be joiners and leavers work, policy and implementation and this role will also sit on the Risk & Governance committee.
Ideally you have Financial Services experience, have operated as an HR Business Partner of HR Manager in an SME before and enjoy the hands on day to day lifecycle. This will be 21 hours per week (3 days) and initially all working from home.
