My client a not for profit are looking to hire a HR Business Partner on a 10 month fixed term contract. Working in a small team you will act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders within the business. This is a an exciting role giving you the opportunity to work for an engaging business who are passionate about the employee experience.
This is a true generalist role and your duties will encompass: recruitment, business partnering, change management, organisational development, employee relations and key HR projects. As an experienced HR Business Partner who has a coaching mind-set you will play a role in staff development and organisational plans.
To carry out this role you must be meticulous, have an eye for details and have a track record in developing and delivering successful projects. You must have budget management experience too and feel comfortable offering tactical advice to stakeholders.
