An exciting opportunity as a HR Business Partner has become available for an Education provider based in West London, close to Hammersmith. The client s looking to appoint on a permanent basis after a successful initial contract arrangement and are looking for either an experienced HR Business Partner, or a HR Advisor looking for career development.
The role of the HR Business Partner will be to support the wider HR team with offering generalist HR advice and guidance to line managers and Heads of Departments, along with taking ownership of Employee Relations case work from initial investigation through to completion. The HR Business Partner will be able to train internal staff and implement company policies where necessary and contribute to effective working relationships within their organisation.
With previous experience as either a HR Business Partner, or, a HR Advisor, you will be confident with your knowledge of employment law with the ability to advise, train and guide managers or Heads of Departments on best practice. The HR Business Partner will have a proven track record in HR and be comfortable with supporting all areas of Employee Relations and experience of working alongside Unions would be beneficial.
The organisation is based close to Hammersmith and is an Education provider offering a multitude of courses for over 20,000 students across a number of campuses covering West London. The role of the HR Business Partner is offered on a permanent basis after an initial contract arrangement.
