I am seeking an HR Business Partner (true HR Generalist) to join a dynamic and commercial global law firm. This is an initial 6 month FTC but with opportunity to become a temp to perm role, supporting the London and Central and Eastern European client group. As an end to end HR Business Partner you will partner with the European SLT, act as an advisory member of the function to lead on performance review and the annual reward cycle too.
Working alongside a wider HR function you will have one to one relationships with the MD and Partners, review the operating model to identify organisational improvements as well as handling an ER caseload. There are also a collection of broader HR projects and a focus on talent management, skills development and a focus on the wellbeing and employee engagement levels across the firm.
Ideally you are an HR Business Partner with a background in large scale and globally matrixed environments, with exposure to a partnership model. As this role is heavily business facing it will be required to advise and shape the HR Business Partnering model, of which a part is making sure that the communication lines between business and HR operate correctly.
This role will require travel to the European region, maybe tying in around 20-30% of the role. Supporting a remote client group will require this commitment so if you aren't able to commit then unfortunately this probably wont be the right position.
