Are you currently an experienced HR Advisor interested in working for an organisation that prides itself on development, performance and driving HR initiatives?
I am partnering with a professional services organisation who is looking for an HR professional, ideally already at Advisor level, to join their collaborative team.
You will have a dedicated client group and will partner with senior stakeholders in the organisation to drive best practice:
Key responsibilities will include:
- End to end recruitment - including graduate recruitment campaigns
- All key employee lifecycle movements
- Employer branding
- Inductions & onboarding
- Mentoring the junior HR team
- Involvement in an HRIS implementation
- Working with the Head of HR on other HR projects
Your skills & experience:
- HR/Business or equivalent degree
- At least 3-5 years' experience in an HR generalist role
- Experience in end to end recruitment is essential as is a passion for this
- Strategic in your approach
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation & communication skills
- Professional/Legal services experienced is highly desirable
Sydney CBD location, salary will depend on experience but up to $110k package (including super) + bonus
