Our client, a well-known and reputable consumer business, are searching for a fantastic HR Business Partner to help shape and transform their people team for two sites.
New leadership teams have recently been implemented and the role of the HRBP will be to oversee transformation projects, develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders as well as trade unions. Previous experience working with trade unions would be very beneficial for this postion.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving culture development with a strategic and long term focus to your work and plans.
You will play a major part in key people projects heading into 2020, which will include looking at the benfits and reward structures.
Both the sites have seen recent positive changes and you will play a part in further growth of the sites.
The HRBP will also provide data and analytics which will help support decisions regarding performance and talent agendas.
The environment has undergone exciting new changes and assisting with cultural development and integration will be a vital part of this role.
You must be able to travel to both sites, approx 60 miles apart.
