Reporting to the Head of HR, the HRBP will have the chance to be at the heart of the people strategy for the business.
You will have the opportunity to partner with leaders to plan and shape talent reviews and the succession planning process, ensuring we are doing everything to retain talented individuals.
The HRBP will also look to create an environment fit for high performance, support managers to drive employee engagement whilst having the freedom to bring create and innovative ideas to the table.
You will also have the chance to roll out global initiatives and ensure delivery of the people plan for your area, supporting on various projects and also working alongside the reward team to implement benchmarking.
