A privately-owned investment management firm who are headquartered in London are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational support across the entire business.
You will report directly into the HR Director and as the HR business Partner you play a pivotal role in the HR team where you will have a broad range of responsibilities across Reward, Employee Relations, Learning & Talent Development and Recruitment. This will be a hands-on role where you will work closely with Leadership teams to ensure the companies vision and strategic goals align with the people strategy for the business. You will also ensure a consistent approach and delivery of HR projects.
To be successful within this role you will have proven HR Business Partnering experience ideally within an SME Financial Services organisation. You will also be able to demonstrate a range of leadership, behaviour and technical skills and will have strong stakeholder and influencing skills.
