I am delighted to be working with a global technology organisation on their search for a HR Business Partner.
In this role you will support 3 main Directors in the UK who have teams globally. These Directors are in Commercial Sales and look after sales accounts in Europe.
You will need to work autonomously in this role as your Director is based abroad, but you will have the support network of a wider HR team in London.
The business is looking for a dynamic, confident HR professional with a business partnering background who will be credible and be able to challenge the Directors. They are looking for a strong HR partner who will guide them and enable their divisions to flourish, but being Sales Directors you will need to be confident pushing back when needed!
It would be beneficial to have change management and organisation design experience as the business has been going through change. Although the organisation does have COEs including an ER team, they are looking for someone with strong UK employment law knowledge as you will still be involved in complex ER cases.
You will also help to deliver their global talent strategy and work on engagement initiatives with your client group.
I am ideally looking for someone from a large global matrix organisation as you'll need to understand the complexity of working in a big business. You will be comfortable operating at HRBP level and will enjoy building relationships with stakeholders.
This is definitely an organisation where you'll have opportunities to develop in the future, people don't typically stay in the same role for more than 18 months and they encourage personal development.
Salary: £50-60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
