Are you an experienced HR professional with experience working within large scale change and TUPE programs? I have just taken on a contract opportunity with a global banking client, seeking someone to join as a specialist in change and ER. This role will operate alongside the broader HR team, partner extremely closely with the business including providing a tailored and bespoke HR offering. This includes people issues, culture change and coaching the commercial management teams on leadership policy and procedure.
Within this business the role will work closely with the legal team on ensuring that risk is mitigated and employees experience a fair and thoughtful transition. It will also work closely with the promotion panels and support on compensation processes, as well as support on various ER processes. Being a financial services business this client group is likely to be highly regulated and large scale in their size, so will need someone with a confidence and background navigating large scale multinationals.
