HR Assistant within Financial Services
We are currently recruiting for an HR Assistant for an International Bank based in the heart of London. This is a permanent position and paying up to £35,000 p/a.
More specifically, as HR Assistant your duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for internal/external HR queries
- Involvement in the onboarding of candidates and pre-screening process
- Managing the onboarding processes and performance reviews from an administrative perspective
- Experience with mail merges and running reports is essential
Ideally you will have:
- A relevant HR qualification or be studying towards it
- Experience working in the Banking Industry
- A flexible and proactive approach
- Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills
