HR / Recruitment Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an HR / Recruitment Administrator for a great company. Based in their London office (but starting remotely), you will be supporting their HR team on an administrative basis. Paying up to £26,000, this is a role for somebody looking to gain exposure to HR / Recruitment in a fast-paced environment, taking the opportunity to learn from the wider HR team and being personally mentored by an inspirational leader.
More specifically, as HR/Recruitment Administrator your duties will include:
- Candidate sourcing.
- Creating and posting adverts to attract the best talent.
- Scheduling interviews.
- HR administration of onboarding new joiners, including DBS checks and setting up IT equipment.
- Using their Applicant Tracking System.
- Regularly updating the HR and Recruitment Manager on progress of applications.
This is an administrative role within a fast-paced and professional environment and you will need to have good time management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
