A brand new role, with a leading UK business, in a newly built team. Small but perfectly formed, the new team are now looking for someone who can support them, the stakeholders and the project work from a Data and Analytics perspective. Whether this be Talent data, D&I data, or something entirely different, we are looking for someone who is comfortable in this arena, and can spot and interpret themes and stories into a "where next" strategy.
We are therefore looking for someone who is very comfortable in HR Analytics, Data insight, and the communication of these, to bring that skill into the team.
Your experience is likely to have come from a larger to medium sized business which has and uses an abundance of data. Any experience of Success Factors will be really helpful but not a pre-requisite. You need to understand generalist HR, have run projects, and be able to talk about data and insight in layman's terms.
Most crucially, you will need to be able to build a relationship and communicate with senior members of the team, and Directors within the Business Unit.
This is a superb opportunity to expand on your data experience, whilst gaining alot of exposure to ExCo Directors across the business and in turn will open up huge learning curves.
The role offers hybrid working, requiring you to be in the office for 2 maybe 3 days a week. It is commutable from the East and West Midlands.
The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
