A leader in the Asset Management space is offering a phenomenal opportunity to partner with a Head of HR on all aspects of the Human Resources function. The firm is seeking an HR Analyst (Jr. Generalist) to support all manner of HR activities for a growing population of 150 employees. There is unlimited opportunity for this role for individuals with a strong work ethic, and ability to toggle between HR administrative functions and junior generalist activities, serving as a crucial coordinator and driver of an already strong firm culture. Professional maturity and serving as a skilled multitasker with the ability to learn a vibrant business are key skillsets, as is the desire to be involved in the firm's recruitment efforts, both campus and lateral. You'll serve as the HR point of contact for the analyst/ associate level population, owning a client population, and continually building relationships, understanding challenges, and making recommendations for training and other programs or initiatives. In this role you will:
Serve as the primary coordinator of campus recruiting program (recruiting summer interns as well as assisting with supporting during summer internship)
Focus on the Analyst and Associate population as your client group, this individual will build relationships with all junior staff, understanding their development goals and facilitating continuous feedback. Assist the Head of HR in career development and training for this population.
Create and maintain trackers and basic data analysis: recruiting trackers, headcount budgets and forecasts, and hires dashboard
Assist with running junior level recruiting (Analysts/Associates)
