Our client, a leader in Asset Management with a strong culture is seeking an HR Analyst (Jr. Generalist) to support all manner of HR activities for a growing population of 150 employees. Serving under the guidance of a phenomenal head of HR, there is unlimited opportunity in lean and unstructured environment for an individual with a strong work ethic and ability to toggle between HR administrative functions and junior generalist activities as well as a year or more experience in Asset Management (or similar FS environment). Professional maturity and the ability to act as a skilled multitasker with the ability to learn a vibrant business is crucial. You'll be the HR point of contact for the analyst/ associate level population, and will own a client population, continually building relationships. Responsible for metrics including headcount tracking, forecasts for hiring, turnover reports and maintaining a monthly dashboard, the ideal hire will offer extremely strong excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups at minimum.
